How do I pay for
the service?
If you have been in
business for over a year at your current location, we
will send you an invoice every
4 weeks. All invoices are
due when you receive them. Your payment must be received
at Busy Beaver
Express 30 days from the invoice date on
your invoice or a $25 late fee will be applied. If you have not
been in business for a year at your current address,
please indicate this on your form and we will call you
for a little more information. If you would like to pay
as you go, we take all major credit cards.

Decoding Your Trip
Ticket
When you call in
for service or are reviewing a trip ticket we leave for
you at the time of pickup
or delivery, here are some
of the terms you might see.
SR = SUPER RUSH Service up to 2 hours
from the time you call*
R = RUSH Service up to 4 hours
from the time you call*
E = EXPRESS Call before 10
a.m., and pickup and delivery is completed by 5 p.m.
there must be no time restraints*
R/T
= Roundtrip
RT
= Route
PU = Pickup
DEL
= Deliver
CL = Client
*All service is same day and timeframes
are based on local deliveries. Long-distance pickup and
deliveries
are direct and timeframes can be calculated based on mileage.
Weight Charges: Deliveries include 25 lbs free, with a
$ .04 per lbs thereafter.

Although packages should be ready when scheduled for
pickup,
we realize things happen and thats why we
will wait, at no charge, up to 10 minutes. After 10
minutes,
there is a $5.00 charge per every additional 15
minutes we wait. Drivers must keep moving to provide
guaranteed service times to all our customers, including
